Essential
Duties

  • Perform routine
    and on-call systems support. Analyze discrepancies and system failures.
    Determine and perform corrective action. Coordinate with external vendors
    and/or consultants as necessary. Facilitate and perform resolution
    activities to minimize business impact and avoid future exposure. Inform
    and update management and business partners of business implications
    associated with those events.
  • Provide onsite
    technical support in the opening of new offices and moving of existing
    offices, including determining and ordering the best method of network
    connectivity, working with local contacts to ensure timely completion of
    infrastructure requirements, as well as, providing recommendations
    regarding technology utilized in remote offices.
  • Install new
    systems/hardware or modifications to existing systems/hardware to provide
    new capabilities, products, and/or services – or eliminate outstanding
    issues. Ensure installations are compatible with the service environment
    and meet customer needs in terms of quality, reliability, and
    availability.
  • Consult with
    Realco management, IT team members, and in-house clients to understand
    current and future business needs and opportunities.
  • Assist with
    special projects and other related duties as may be assigned.

Minimum
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s
    degree in computer science or information systems; or equivalent work
    experience
  • Experience
    providing technical support in a corporate environment
  • Experience
    utilizing a help desk ticketing system
